Nikolaos Chatziargyriou，雅典国立技术大学教授，博士。他目前是IEEE Fellow，希腊配网公司（HEDNO）的主席。自1984年以来，他在雅典国立技术大学电气和计算机工程系任职，并从1995年起担任电力系统系教授。从2007年2月到2012年9月，他担任希腊公共电力公司（PPC）的副首席执行官，负责输电和配电网络，岛屿DNO以及测试，研究和原型制作中心。他是IEEE Fellow，电力系统动态性能委员会的前任主席，CIGRE的荣誉成员以及CIGRE SC C6“分配系统和分布式发电”的前任主席。他是欧盟能源转型智能网络技术与创新平台的联合主席。他是雅典科学院能源委员会的成员。他参与了由欧盟和行业资助的60多个R＆D项目。他是IEEE Trans on Power Systems的主编，以及IEEE Transactions on Sustainable Development and the IEEE Power and Energy magazine的编委会成员。他是《Microgrids: Architectures and Control》一书的作者，出版了200多篇期刊和500多篇会议论文。他被列为2016年汤森路透（Thomson Reuters）在所有领域和学科中被引用最多的前1%研究人员名单中。其研究方向包括智能电网、微电网、分布式和可再生能源以及电力系统安全。

报告简介：

The European Technology and Innovation Platform of Smart Networks for Energy Transition (ETIP SNET) comprising research and industry experts, European and National public authorities, European associations and other relevant actors is the key European organization defining and monitoring the integration needs of European energy systems. In this speech, the goals of the European energy policy will be presented, the ETIP SNET stakeholders’ view on the transition to a circular economy in 2050 will be drawn, the Building Blocks and the appropriate environment for realization of the Research, Development and Innovation (RD&I) needs will be defined.
